This policy describes how Tere Technologies ("we", "us") handles data in the Tmdteq SMS Gateway app and the self-hosted server it connects to at sms.territechnologies.com. We operate our own infrastructure; no message content, phone numbers, or device identifiers are sent to any third-party SMS Gateway service.

We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or behavioral analytics.
The app connects to our own server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and keeps a live, encrypted connection open so the server can notify it of new messages instantly. No third party is involved in waking the device or relaying messages — delivery happens entirely between your device and our server.
End-to-end encryption is available and recommended. When enabled, message text and recipient numbers are encrypted on your device before being sent to our server, and only decrypted on the receiving device — we cannot read message content in that mode.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is processed solely to operate the SMS gateway service for our own use.
